What is the purpose of a job interview?

The purpose of a job interview is to assess whether or not the company and the position is a good fit for you, your ambitions and your career goals. Similarly, the interviewer wants to learn about you, your skills, your experience, and your goals. It's important to be prepared for questions about your work history, education, and hobbies. You should also be ready to talk about why you are interested in the position and what makes you a good fit for it.

How can books help prepare you for your job interview?

Books can be an excellent resource for preparing for your job interview. They can provide information on common interview questions and answers, as well as tips on how to behave during the interview process. Learning how to get better at job interviews is one of the best-value things you can do for yourself. Despite this, most people spend more time preparing for dinner than preparing for an interview.
